Housing (DMHA)

Denbigh Methodist Housing Association (DMHA) is run by the Church as a means of providing local accommodation at affordable rents.

We are fortunate to own a small number of residential properties in the local area. Turnover is very low, and new tenancies are rarely available. Vacancies are advertised locally when they become available.

If you have any questions about the work of the housing association please do contact the church reception or email info@nottinghillmc.org.uk

About DMHA

Established in 1994 Denbigh Methodist Housing Association (DMHA) is a community-driven initiative established and operated by the Church with a fundamental commitment to offering affordable, high-quality housing in our local area.

Our modest inventory of residential properties is primarily occupied by long-term tenants, and as a result, new tenancies are infrequently vacant. When such opportunities do arise, we make it a point to announce them within the local community.

At DMHA, our mission goes beyond providing housing; it's about creating a sense of belonging and stability for our residents. We take pride in being an integral part of the fabric of our community and strive to offer a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for all those who call our properties home.
